Chan Meditation Guide (Morning and Evening)
Master Sheng Yen said: “Meditation is the best way to understand and transform ourselves.”
Guided meditation sessions led by the resident monks at the Fremont center aim to help everyone develop a regular sitting meditation practice. With daily evening meditation, you can go straight to bed afterwards for a restful sleep; and with morning sessions, you’ll maintain a calm and relaxed mind throughout the day.
Most Buddhist practitioners spend more time thinking than practicing. We invite everyone to join us and discover the benefits that meditation brings.
